Jianmin Chen is a PH.D. candidate
of Department of Computer science and
Engineering, Florida Atlantic University.
Currently she is working in wireless ad hoc network and sensor network
security area with her advisor Dr.
Jie Wu, committee members Dr.Sam Hsu, Dr.Mihaela
Cardei, Dr.Lianfen Qian. Before she started her PH.D. study in
2002, she got an applied mathematics bachelor degree in Department of Applied Mathematics of Shanghai Jiaotong
University in 1988, and an engineering master degree in Institute of
Vibration. Shock & Noise, SJTU of School
of Mechanical Engineering from Shanghai
Jiaotong university in 1992, and computer
science and engineering master degree from Florida Atlantic University in
Dec.1998. She worked as a teacher in Steering Committee for Students’ Affairs
at Shanghai Jiaotong University from 1998-1999,
later after she graduated with a master degree, she started to work as a
research engineer and programmer at Institute of
Acoustic Academia, Shanghai from 1992 to 1994, she worked as a software
engineering in Shanghai Seiyu Information
Technology Co., Ltd from 1994 to 1996. She worked full-time intern at
Absolutely Software Inc three months, and MJA Technologies full time 1 month
and Xplanation 1 month, since October 1997 she
worked part time intern at Daleen Technologies Inc.
